Discovering Repertoire
Level 3

RAD Discovery Repertoire (Class Unit) students will progress in able to demonstrate knowledge of the set content, be able to perform moderately demanding exercises and movement sequence format showing an awareness of secure technique, demonstrate and perform with music including phrasing, dynamics, atmosphere, accents and dance rhythms, demonstrate the use of expression, interpretation and projection in ballet .

RAD Discovery Repertoire (Variation 1 & 2) students will progress in able perform moderately and appropriate demanding development exercises and variation by showing an awareness secure technique in ballet, demonstrating musicality and perform with the use of expression, interpretation and projection.

Discovery Level 2 has 3 units of examination as of Class Unit, Variation 1 and Variation 2.

It can be assessed either in Class Award or Examination.

For class award, the assessment is conducted by the teacher with the examiner in the exam hall. Successful candidates will receive an assessment report, certificate and medal.​

For examination, it is assessed as per marking criteria. Successful candidates will receive a result report, certificate and medal.
