ACADEMY REGULATION

Regular attendance must be kept, otherwise progress cannot guaranteed and students might not be entered for the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations held each year.
All students from Pre-Primary after registering to enter the RAD examination for following year are required to attend a minimum of 2 classes per week.
The school reserves the right to transfer, combine or dissolve any class.
Teachers of the school are frequently taking teacher's course and have qualifications in teaching.
Female students MUST come to class in a neat bun.
Students are required to dancewear and appearance from NBA.

The school reserves to amend the Terms and Conditions without any prior communication.

REGISTRATION

Upon registration (1st timer), all the following component are compulsory:
Enrollment fee and deposit is charged one-time (non-refundable & non-transferable)

Enrollment Fee RM 50
Deposit (equivalent to single lesson fee) according to the level enroll
Required uniform / attire
Monthly fees of the level enrolled in
New enrolled student will be given a free gift (subject to ability, T&C apply)

PAYMENT

Fess are paid monthly (no part payment is allowed) in advance during the first week of every month.
We accept payment in cash or bank transfer.
Payment of bank transfer should all instance and reference the student's full name. Failure may result in the payment being unidentified.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, ABSENCE

NO FEES can be refunded for class missed as student still retains a place in the class although she / he is absent.
If the lesson / class is cancelled due to reasons pertaining to the teacher or any unforeseen circumstance, the school will aim to replace the lesson / class and no refund is made.
One (1) month prior notice of termination by the first week of the month is required if a student wishes to leave otherwise the deposit is forfeited.

MISSED CLASSES & REPLACEMENT

Students is allowed to replace missed class if multiple classes of the same category is offered.

Replacement classes can only be done if the students absences on the following reasons ONLY:

Unwell / Illness / Injury
Non-Malaysians Citizens returning to their hometown

Replacement classes can be arranged only for students who paid fees to enjoy make-up class.

No advance or roll-over Replacement class is allowed.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO VIDEOGRPHY AND OTHERS

Attendance of any NBA class, concert or event is acceptance of usage of your child's photography, videography, audio for promotion or advertising in NBA social media platform, website or brochures.
Please advise if you wish to opt out.

DECLARATION OF LIABILITY WAIVER

Certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate the Programme
Authorised NBA to seek medical treatment at the nearest paramedics and discharge student in case of medical emergency.
