Grade 2

The Programme

RAD Grade 2 students will progress in able to demonstrate appropriate technique, knowledge of the ballet vocabulary, awareness of musicality in appropriate timing, performance skills through the performance of simple movement sequences and dance in ballet. They will be introduced to basic barre exercise as a preparation for future barre work.

Examination

Grade 2 can be assessed either in Class Award or Examination.

For class award, the assessment is conducted by the teacher with the examiner in the exam hall. Successful candidates will receive an assessment report, certificate and medal.​

For examination, it is assessed as per marking criteria. Successful candidates will receive a result report, certificate and medal.

Class Schedule

Wednesday 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Saturday 9.30am - 10.00am

Saturday 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Sunday 9:00am - 10:00am

Sunday 12:30pm - 1:30pm

The classes duration for each class is 1 hour (60 minutes) and is a twice a week lesson.
